BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
What the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made, the Commission of the City of Miami,
Florida, hereby totting forth its intention to 1:roceed tinder Sec-
tion 56 of the City Charter.
Description of hifrhva:i or part thereof to be, unproved, or
sidewalk to be canstracterl or seller to be laid. The material, na-
ture a;,d character of such improvement with the terminal points
and width thereof:
N. E. 35th Terrace, from the East side of N.E.2nd Ave. to the
Tobin Estate, approximately 7601 and thence Northward to the
South line of N.E.36th Street, approximately 1351, along said
Tobin Estate, To be improved by grading thereof between curbs.
Constructing concrete curb 6" wide and 12" deep and a concrete
gutter 18" wide and 6" deep,_on both sides of street constructing
pavement of asphaltio_mao$$dam 2" thick upon a foundation of local
rock 5" thick, all being 28 feet from curb to curb, and by the
construction of the necessary catch basins and connections to
sewers.
he City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of th3 cost thereof, which estimate shall show
the estimated amount to be esses^ed against the atutting property
per front loot, including an estimate of the cost of the expense
or preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superinten-
dence of the cork, the preparation .of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publishing of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation_ of bolds, and any ether a:cpenses necessary
and p oper. This improvement shall be designated in all proceed-
ings, assessments and bonds ac Highway Imprcvenent iTo.
R..2113 and the property against which asseasLients may be made for
the coot thereof, hereunder :.hall kesignated 2s District 8-243
