reaeipt and tabulation of bids received by him far laying lateral
connections on the streets to be paved under paving ocntraote 55,
56 and 57 it appears that the bid of Jno. J. Quinn Company for the
work is the lowest and best bid received., and
MMUS, the City Manager recommends that the bid be aooept-
ed and that he be authorized to enter into contract with the said
Jno J. Quinn Company for the work,
NOW, THIMFORS, BE IT 110SOLUD by the Connission of the City
of Miami: Mat the bid of Jno. J. Quinn Company for laying la-
teral connections en the streets to be paved underpaying contraote
55, 56 and 57, be, and the same is, hereby accepted by the City
of Lliami and the City Lianager is hereby authorized to enter into
contract with the said Jno. J. 'Zuinn Company for the work.
