.6HEREAS, on the 22nd day of July, 1924, the Commission of the
City of 11iami, Florida, received sealed proposals for the oonstruo-
tion of sanitary sowers to be done under Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ments Nes. 93, 94 and 95, and
7&MEAS, upon tabulation of the bids received, it appears that
the bid Of J. J. Quinn Company for construction of sewers under Dis-
tricts Sr -93 and 95, at and for the sums of `+3590-37 and .1697.96,
respectively, and the bid of J. G. 1160rary.: ineering Corppration
for construction cf sewers under District Sr -94, at and for the sum
of y;3873.90, are the lowest and best bids received,
