That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized
to transfer the sum of 48982.00 from the Publicity Fund to the
Division of PublicLibrary and the surn of 413,000.00 from the
Publicity Fund tc the Division of Golf, bcth of these divisions
to remain in the Publicity Fund
