H-224, A.ND .APPROVING THE BOND FURNISHED Bf
SAID CONTRACTOR.
MAMBAS, the City Commission by reasoludton adopted at the
meeting of July loth, 1924, directed and authorized the City
Manager to enter into contract with H. L. Clark & Sons for pav-
ing under Districts H -224, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted said contract du-
ly executed by the City of Miami and the contractors together
with the bond furnished by said contractors, both bond and con-
tract having been approved by the City Attorney as to form and
execut ion,
NOW, TH3RWORE, BE IT R3SOLV3D by the Commission of the
City of Miami:
1: That the said contract between the City of Miami and
H. L. Clark & S ons for the construction of streets and pav-
ing under the Districts set forth ab eve be, and the same is
hereby, ratified and confirmed.
2: Diet the said bond. furnished by H. L. ®lark & Sons
conditioned for the performance of the work in accordance with
the contract be, and the same is la reby, approved.
PASSED AilD ADOPTED this 29th day ofJuly, A. D. 1924.
