Harris, as active members of the Miami Realty Board, have appraised the said property and fix- ed the value thereof at the sum of 47500.00, NOW, THPRBFORP, Big 12 REISOLV. D by the Commission of the City of Miami: That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to sign and execute a warranty deed to S. R. Inch in consideration of the sum of 47500.00 being paid to the City of Miami by 5. R. Inch for the said Lots one (1) and two (2) of Block nine (9) North of the City of Miami, Florida.
