Mom, Lot R, Block 71 North Wilmot' sold
for State and County takes for the year 1919, and,
WHEREAS, Lot 5, Block 71 North has been sold
for the unpaid Oity taxes for the year 1919, and the Oity
is the owner of the above described property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANI:
That the Direotor of Finance be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to redeem Tax Sale Certi-
fioate #1609 for the unpaid County taxes upon Lot R, Block
71 North of the City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, and
he is further authorized and direoted to redeem Tax Sale
8ertifioate #450 for the unpaid City taxes for the year 1919
upon Lot 5, Block 71 North of the City of Miami, Dade County,
Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the sum of Forty-
nine Doars (432I ,be, and is hereby, appropriated from
the _7 A,0(.4 for the purpose
of redeeming the above stated Tax Certificates upon Lot R
and Lot 5, Block 71 North of the City of Miami, Dade County,
Florida. /
