BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
That the following sanitary laterals are hereby ordered
to be laid, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, here
by setting forth its intent to proceed under Section 56 of the•.
City Charter as amended by lie Legislature in'1923, and to in-
olude several laterals of practically uniform cost aid kind:

The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, which estimate shall show
the estimated amount to be assessed against each lot and parcel
of property specially benefitted as described above, including an
estimate of the expense of preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection aiiu superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and s oecifications and estimate, the printing and publish-
of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any
other expenses necessary and proper. This improvement shall be
designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as .Sanitary
Lateral Improveeut IT. SA. L. w 2, ant the property against which
assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be
designated as District SA. L. #2.
