WHEREAS, in the death of the late Wm. A. Albury `the Oity
lost a faithful employee who has be en in the employ of the C1
sine August llth, 1919, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that the widow of
Th. A. Albury be planed upon the pension roll of the City and
be paid the sum of 455.00 per month for the next twelve months
ensuing from July is t, 1924, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed proper by the City Commission that
Mrs. Wt. A. Albury, be paid a pension for the term recommended
by the City Manager,
NOW, THHPOR3, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami:
That the Director of Finance be, and he is hereby, author-
ized and directed to pay to Mrs. Wm. A. Albuxy, widow of the
late Wm. A. Albury, the sum of 455.00 per month for the next
twelve months ensuing from July lst, 1924.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of July, A. D. 1924.
