WHIMS, 0. B. Short has offered to, deed to the Oity at. Yiaai
for street purposes Lots "D" and "R" of Superior Park in oanaUUer!a'
tion of the City assuming all liens for improvements and 411. tame:
against the said two lots, and
SEAS, the City Manager recommends that the offer of said
0. B. Short be accepted and the City assume the liens and taxes
against the property,
NOW, TRIWPORE, BS IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of Miami:
1: That the deed from 0. B. Short and Ruby A. Short, his
wife, for Lots "D" and "S" in Superior Park, to the City of Miami,
Florida, be, and. the same is hereby, accepted and the City hereby
assumes all liens for improvements and all taxes against the two
said lots.
2: fha t the Director of Finance is hereby directed to can-
cel all improvement liens and taxes against the two said lots and
the sun necessary to cancel same is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund Sur plus .
PASSED :AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of July, A. D. 1924.
