WHEREAS, the City Commission by resolution adopted at the
meeting of Jnly 8th, 1924, directed and authorized the City
Manager to enter into oontraots with R. G. Lasseter & Company.•
for paving under Districts H-226, 227, 228, 229, 230, 232, 233,
and 237, with T. B. McGahey Company for paving under Districts
H-225-231, 234, and 235, and with Morgan -Hill Paving Company
for paving under District H•236, and
JHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted said contracts duly
executed by the City of Miami and the contractors together with
the bonds furnished by said contractors, both bonds and contracts
having been approved by the City Attorney as to form and execution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT tiiSOLVLD By the Commission of the City
of Miami:
1. That the said contracts between the City of Miami
ana G. Lasseter & Company, T. B. UcGahey Company and Morgan -
Hill Paving Company for the construction of streets and paving
under the Districts set forth above be, and the same are hereby,
ratifies and confirmed.
2. That the said bonds furnished by a. G. Lasseter
& Company, T. B. -,cGahey Company and Morgan -Hill Company cnli„

tioned for the performance of the work in accordance with 4

contracts be, and the same are hereby approved. o
