the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, passed and
adopted a resolution brdering the improvement designated as
Sanitary Sewer ,• Improvement No. 97:, District SR-97
and directed the City Manager to prepare and file plans and
specifications of Ouch improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by
the City Manager with the City Clerk,
TITEREPORE, BE IT RESOLV3D by the Commission of the City
of Matt:
That the City Clerk shall cause to be published for at
least once in .the Miami .Post a newspaper of
general circulation in the ditk of I;Iiami, a notice stating
that at a meeting of the Commission of the City of Miami, to
be held at the City Hall in the City of Miami, on the 22nd
day of July 192 4 at 9 ; 00 A. M. o'clock tie
Commission of the City orMiami will hear the remonstrances
of persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement.
