VBER$&S, on the 15th,day of 4Z,y
the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, passed and
adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated ea
Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.96, District8E-96,
and directed the City Manager to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an eeti.mate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and spec if i:oa Lions and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by
the City Manager with the City Clerk,
THEREFORE, BE Ir, RESOXVED by the Commission of the City
of Miami:
That the City Clerk shall cause to be published for at
least once in .the Miami post a newspaper of
general circulation in the City of Ltiami, a notice stating
that at a meeting of the Commission of the City of Miami, to
be held at the City Hall in the City of Miami, on the
day of July 192 4, at 9:00 A. M. o' oloc,t
Commission of the City ol`hlliami will hear the remonstrances
of persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement.
