WHE AS, on the 15thday of July 192, 4 ,
the Oomnission of the City of Minmi, Florida, passed and
adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated ao
Ai ghw .y Improvement No.238 , District $�i
and direoted the City Manager to prepare and file plane and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by
the City Manager with the City Clerk,
THERaORB, BE ITP RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of Miami:
That the City Clerk shall cause to be published for at
least once in.the Miami News a newspaper of
general circulation in the City of Miami, a notice stating
that at a meeting of the Commission of the City of Miami to
be held at the City Ball in the City of Miami, an the 22nd
day of July 192 4, at 9;00 A. M. o' clod
Commission of the City ofl!iami will -sear the remonstrances
of persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15thday of July
