SAKI 1 LRY SEWER IMPROVEMENT Ito. $Y
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made, the Commission of the<-'
City of Miami, Florida, hereby setting' forth its intention to
proceed under Section 56 of the Ctty Charter.
Description of highway or part thereof to be' improved,
or sidewalk to be constructed or sewer to be laid. The material,
nature and character .of suoh improvement with the terminal points
and width thereof:
• Laying an 8-inoh terra ootta sanitary sewer at or.near
the center line of S. W. Eighth Street, from S. W. Eighth Court
to 250 feet went, together with necessary manholes and appurten-
ances and 35 linear feet of 8-inch terra cotta sanitary stubs
and laterals as follows: 355 linear feet of 6-inch terra ootta
lateral connections to connect said sewer to the property line
of the following lots and parcels.
Lawrence Estate:
Block 24, Lots 7 to 12 , inclusive.
Person's Subdivision:
Lot 9 and W 25 feet of Lot 8.
Andre's Resubdivision of Pearson's Subdivision:
Block 1, Lots 1, 2 and 3.
Laying an 8-inch terra Gotta sanitary sewer at or
near the center line of N. N. Tenth Street from N. W. Seventh
Avenue to ft west, together with necessary manholes and
appurtenances and laterals as follows: 320 linear feet of
6-inch terra cotta lateral connections to connect said sewer
to the property line of the following lots and parcels:
Spring Garden:
Block 1, Lots 6 to 10, inclusive.
Block 4, Lots 6 and 7.
Laying of 8-inch terra cotta sanitary sewer at or near
the center line of N. a. Thirty-second Street, from manhole
10 feet west of east property line of N. 4. Fifth Avenue to
553.8 feet east, together with necessary manholes and appurte-
nances tna laterals as follows: 120 linear feet of 6-inch
cast iron and 288 linear feet of 6-inch terra Gotta lateral
connections to connect said sewer to the property line of the
following lots ana parcels:
Block 23, lots 1-2.
Wept 204.5 feet of west half of N. W. quarter
section 36, Township 53,south, Range 41 East.

designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanit

menta may be made for the_cost thereof, hereunder shall be
