BB IT RESOLVFD by the Commission of the Oity of Miami.;
fl'i',at the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made, tho Commission of the City of Il4inmi,,
Florida, hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Sao
Linn 56 of the City Charter.
Description of hif:hva j or part thereof to be improved, or
sidewalk to be constructed or sewer to be laid. the material, na-
ture and character of such improvement with the terminal points
and width thereof:
N. E. 2rd Ave., from the North line of N. E. 19th St.,
to the South side of N. E. 36th Street. To be improved
by grading thereof between curbs. Constructing concrete
curb 6" wide and 12" deep and a concrete gutter 18" wide
and 6" deep, on both sides of street; constructing
sheet asphalt pavement 3" thick upon a foundation of
local pit rock 8" thick, all being 46 feet wide and ex-
tending from curb to curb; and by the eonstruotinn of
the necessary catch basins and connections to sewer.
The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the Oity Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereat, rihich estimate shall show
the estimated amount to be acs•es^ed agdinst the abutting property
per front foot, including an estimate of the cost of the expense
of preliminary and other su;:veys, the inspection and superinten-
dernce of the vtrk, the preparation of plans and specificaticr_s
and estimate, the printing and publishing of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds, and any other enpenses necessary
and proper. This improvement shall be designated in all proceed-
ings, assessments and bonds ac Highway Improvement No.
238 and the property against which asseasr1ents may be made for
nest thereof, hereunder shall be designated as District g-P.Ma •
