Fund to set up an account for the construction and

improvement of present City Parke. This transfer,is

necessary to keep disbursements on the Bayfront Patk:
separate from other Parks of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Com-
mission of the City of Miami that the Director of
Finance be and is hereby authorised to make the above
transfer.
