Preliminary Assessment Roll by any persons vhose property is described in said roil, 110W, THaREFORR, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami: 1: That the prima facie assessment, as indicated an said Preliminary Assessment Roll, be, and is hereby, in all things cant ir:aed and sustained against any and all lots or parcels el ;round described thereon. 2: That the sums and amounts against each of the lots or parcels of grounC in said Preliminary Assessment Roll are less than the amount that each of said lots or par- cels of ground is benefited by said improvement and that such amounts are in pro:lartion to the special 'benefits, and that the pro?artion of said cost to be x^.id by said City of Miami on account of highway intersection is the $um set oppo- site to the same therein. 3: Shot the total cost of the said improvement, in the sum of $ 14, 623.41 , is hereby approved and con- irmed. 4: That ten (10) days after date of this con- `irmation of said Preliminary assessment Roll the same be delivered to c12e Director of r inance, and the Director of Pinance is hereby ordered, thirty 00) days after date of this resolution, to iaake collections of she assessments therein as re,uired by law.
