to the cones firma tion o:2 the said Preliminary Assessment Roll

VOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the C ormni as ion
of the City of Miami:
1: That the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said Preliminary Assessment Roll, be, and is hereby, in
all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels o:: ground described thereon.
2: Mat the sums and amounts against each of the
lots or parcels of ground in said Preliminary Assessment
Roll are less than the amount that each of said lots or par-
cels of ground is benefited by said improvement and that
such amounts ere in ;moo-ortion to the special benefits, and
that the proportion of said cost to be by said City of
Miami on account of highway intersection is the sum set oppo-
site to the same therein.
3: That the total cost of the said improvement,
in the sun of $ 2,644.21 , is hereby approved and con-
irme d.
4: !'hat ten (10) days after date of this con-
r.irmation of said Preliminary :assessment Rall the same be
delivered to the Director of Finance, and the Director of
Finance is hereby ordered, thirty (50) days a=ter date of
this resolution, to iaake collections of the assessments
therein as required by law.
