WBSREAB , the City Commission of the City of tiismi,
Florida, met on thel6th day of 417 , 1524
pursuant to the notice of said meeting under Section 56
the City Charter, to hecr all written objections to the con-
firmation of the Preliminary Assessment Roll of Sidewalkk
Lnprovernent No. 38-A, District ,
any person whose property is described in said Pre ami.naiy
Assessment Roll, and
VIOREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami hav-
ing received and considered all written remonstrances filed
to the confirmation of the said Preliminary Assessment Roll
by any persons whose property is described in said roll,
17017, T.nr ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami:
1: 'Q'ha t the prima facie assessment , as ind ica ted
on said Preliminary Assessment Roll, be, and is hereby, in
all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels o: ground described thereon.
2: That the sums and amounts against each of the
lots cr parcels of ground in said Preliminary Assessment
Roll are less than the amount that each of said lots or par-
cels of ground is benefited by said improvement and that
such amounts ere in pro -portion to the special benefits, and
that the proportion of said cost to be quid by said City of
Miami an account of highway intersection is the sum set oppo-
site to the same therein.
3: That the total cost of the said improvement,
in the sun of $1,471.76 , is hereby approved and con-
e firmed.
4: That ten (10) days after date of this con-
firmation of said Preliminary .!Issezanent Roll the same be
delivered to •che Director of Finance, and the Director of
Finance is hereby ordered, thirty (50) days after date of
this resolution, to maize collections of the assetisinents
therein as re cui:-ed by law.
