WHEREAS, on the
8th day of
Sidewalk IMMINENT 2 T NO. B. kt.
July 192,
the Commission of the City of Miami, Plorida, passed and
adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated as
Sidewalx Improvement No. Sk. 54District Sk. 84;
and directed the City Manager to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental a penses have been ffled by
the City Manager with the City Clerk,

of Miami:
That the City Clerk shall cause to be published for at

gareral cirea .a tier in the City of Miami, a notice stating
that at a meeting of the Commission of the City of Miarai to
be held at the City.Hal1 in the City of Miami, cn. the 21nd_
day of July 1924 , at 9:O0 A.m. o'clock.; the
Commission of the City of Miami will hear the remonstrances
of persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said. improvement.
