WHEREAS, on the 8th day of July
the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, passed and
adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated as
Sidewalk Improvement No. Sk. p3District Sk. 53,
and, directed the City Manager to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental a:;penses have been filed by
the City Manager with the City Clerk,
THERaORE, BE IF RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of Miami:
That the City Clerk shall cause to be published for at
least once i n - the Miami Herald a newspaper of
ger.erai circulation in the Ci..y of Miami, a notice stating
that at a meeting of the Commission of the Ci ' of Miami, to
be held at the City Hall in the City of Miami, en the grand
day of July 1924 , at 9:00 4t M. o, clock, the
Commission of the City orMiami Brill hear the remonstrances
of persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said. improvement.
