Sidewalk II ROVE ENT NO.Sk 50
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of July 1924
the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, -passed and
adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated as
Sidewalk Improvement No . Sk. 5Q District Sk, so,
and directed the City Manager to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental a:penses have been filed by
the City Manager with the City Clerk,
THEREFORE, B� IIl' RESOLVND by the Commission of the City
of Moroi:
That the City Clerk shall cause to be published for at
least urce in th.1 Miami Herald a newspaper cf

that at a meeting of the Commission of the Ci y of I:ia , to
be held at the Ci y Hall in the City of Miami, cn the 22nd
day of July 1924 , at 9:OD A.I.I. of cleci,the
Commission of the City of will hear the remonstrances
of persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement.
