DISTRICT Sk. 62 Sidewalk IMPROVEMENT NO. Sk.._.k. 62
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
that the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made, the Commission of the City of Miami,
Florida, hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Sen-
Lion 56 of the Ct;y Cr.arter. .
Description cf hid:h.l.a7 or part thereof to be improved, or
sidewalk to be constructed or sewer to be la id. The material, na-
ture and character of such improvement with the terminal points
and width. thereof:
On the East side of S. W. 8th Ave., from S. W. 5th St. to S. W. 6th St.
On both sides of S. W. lOth•Ave., from S. W. 3rd St. to S. W. 8th St.
On both sides of S. W. 3rd St. from S. W. 8th Ave. to S. W. 9th Ave.
On both sides of S. W. 4th St. from S. W. 4th Ave. to S. W. 12th Ave.
On both sides of S. W. 5th St from S. W. 12th Ave. to S. W. 6th Ave.
On both sides of S. W. 6th St. from S. W. 2nd Ave. to S. W. 12th Ave.
On both sides of S. W. 7th St. from S. W. 10tri Ave. to S. W. 12th Ave.
Grading from the curb to the property line.
Constructing a sidewalk of concrete five (5) feet wide, except that
where a suitable sidewalk to proper line and grade is already in
place the construction of a new sidewalk will be omitted.
The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, which estimate shall anew
the estimated amount to be assessed against the abutting prcperty
per Front foot, including an estimate of the cost of the expense
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superinten-
dence of the verk, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publishing of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds, and any ether expenses necessary
and proper. This imprcvement shal bWegesignated in all proceed-
ings, assessments and bonds as Improvement No.
Sk. 52and the property against which assessments may be made for
the cost thereof, hereunder shall be designated as District Sk. 52.
