WHOMA8, the owners of property abutting on 3<. W. 1Sth
Avenue between N. W. 9th Street and the Miami River, hairs
by petition signed by said owners requested that the speci-
fications for paving said Avenue between the points set forth
above be changed to provide for paving with asphalt with hot -
mixed binder on compressed broken stone base, and
WHERRAS, the said owners of the property abutting an
IT. W. 13th Avenue between N. W. 7th Street and the Miami Ri-
ver have agreed to waive any objections to the increase in
cost of such paving over the amount the paving would cost if
carried out according to the plans nil er which the resolution
providing for paving said Avenue was adopted,
NOW, THNRSFOIN, BB IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
laity of Miami:
That the specifications for the paving of N. W. 13th
Avenue between N. W. 7th Street and the Miami River be, and
the same are hereby, changed to provide for paving the said
Avenue with asphalt under the specifications providing far
sheet asphalt with hot -mixed binder on compressed broken stone

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of July, A. D. 1924.
