3rd Street, between the points indicated, from 28-foet pave-
ments to 39-foot pavements, it will be neoessary to rebuild
oertain driveways located on said Avenue and Street at • omit
of approximately $740.30, and

said driveways should be paid by the City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE, B8 IT RESOLVED by the C ommi se ion of the
City of Miami:
That the work of re -building certain driveways as set
forth in the oommunioation of the Director of Public Servioe
to the City Manager under date of July 7th, 1924, be, and the
same is hereby authorized, said work to be done at the expense
of the City of Miami.

I am attaching, hereto, list showing property in front
of which, it will be necessary to rebuild driveways owlng to the
fact that l6th Avenue, NW and SW, and NW 3rd Street, between the
• points indicated, have been Changed from 28' pavements to 39'
pavements. You understand, of course, that the street car line
is laid on l6th Avenue, and IOW 3rd Street is the Street on which
the new City athletic field is located. It was thought best to
make these streets 39' instead of 28'.
The list attached also gives an estimate of the cost
to do the above work, and I would ask that you request the proper
authorization for the City to do this work at its own expense.
