Second Avenue the own- er of Lot 26 of Marion Place deeded to the Oity for Street purposes a five-foot strip of land off said lot and the said deed contains the proviso that the Oity would not assess the ooat of oonstruoting sidewalk against the said lot, and WHEREAS, there is at this time an assessment against the said lot for building sidewalk in the sun of $66.93 and the City Manager requests that the same be oanoelled, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami: That the sidewalk assessment against Lot 26 of Marion Place in the sum of $65.93 be, and the same is hereby. oan- oelled.
