WHERILB, it is neoeseary in the opening of N. M. Slat Avenue that the City of Miami aoquire the East fifty (60) feet of the following described tract of land, to -wits The South six sores of the South-west quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section Three (3) in Township Bitty -four (54) South of Range Forty-one (41) Bast, being pax os1 of land fronting three hundredand 96) feet on Citrus road by six hundred and sixty (66) feet deep, for street purposes, and / % i' WHEREAS, Robert P. Smith and Agnes R. 9n1 h, the owners of the above described treat of land have offered to convey the Peet fifty (50) feet of said traot to the City of Miami for street purposes at and for the sum of 43,000.00 as set forth and designated in said offer as "Proposition No. 1", 401"' and WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable by the Commission of the City of Miami to aocept the offer designated as Propo- siton No. 1, NOW, THF,RERORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami: 1: That the City of Miami does hereby accept the offer of Robert F. Smith and Agnes R.
