the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, passed and
adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated as
Sant #try Bawer Improvement No. 96 ,. District s,ti.9 ,
anddirected the City Manager to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental e.Denses have been filed by
the City Manager with the City Clerk,
THEREFORE, BD Ifl' RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of Miami:
That the City Clerk shall cause to be published for at
least once in . the MIAMI 1113W8 a newspaper of
general oirculaticn in the City of Miami, a notice stating
that at a meeting of the Commission of the CiT of Miami, to
be held at the City Hall in the City of Miami, on the 8ti�
day of 192 4 , at 9100 A.M. o'clock, tie
