RESOLUTION NO. 1512.
A RRSOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OITY MANAGER TO PUR-
CHASE THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED BELOW FOR THE WEST
APPROACH TO BRIDGE TO BE CONSTRUCTED OVER THE MI-
AMI RIVER.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami acquire
certain property on the west side of the Miami River for an ap-
proach to the new bridge to be constructed over the Miami River
connecting N. W. Fifth Street an the east side of the Miami Ri-
ver to N. W. Fourth street on the west side of the Miami River,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of Miami: That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, author-
ized and directed to purchase for and on behalf of the City of
Miami for the purposes here inabove set forth the following des-
cribed property, to -wit:
Commencing at a point on the North line of NW Fourth Street
25.11 feet, more or less, 4ist of SE Corner of Lot 2, Baile's
Resubdivision of part of Block A South, according to the plat of
said Resubdivision, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 150 of the Pu-
blic Records of Dade County, .?1orida, as the point of tangency;
thence Northerly on a curve of 40 feet radius with a central an-
gle of 141° 04' 30"; thence Northeasterly, 152.77 feet, more ar
less, along the south side of proposed bridge to Bulkhead at
Miami River; thence Northwesterly along said Bulkhead, 61.30
feet, more or 1es6, to North side of proposed Bridge; thence
.Southwesterly 156.00 feet, more or less, along the North side of
