A RESOLUTION AtUTHORIZING THE OANCELLLTION
OF 1923 CITY TAXES ON THE PROPERTY Dm8Y
CRIBED IN THIS RESOLUTION.
WHEREAS, the Direotor of Finance
has presented certain taxes that were erron-
eously assessed on the 1928 Tax Roll and it
has been recommended by the City Manager that
the taxes on the following described property
be cancelled:
25-foot strip between Lots
1 & 34, Biscayne Park Addition
Lot A, High Point
Lot C, High Point
Lot D, High Point

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by
the Commission cf the City of Miami that the
Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized
to cancel the 1923 city taxes on the property
described above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of
June, A. D. 1924.
