Vhereas, the Commission Of the City of Miami, by rasa

Ordered HIGHWAY. Improvement
and the City 3anacer, under the direction of the Commission of
tha City of Miami, has Prepared and filed with the City Clerk
plans and specifications of such improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement, and whereas due notice
by publication as relaired by the City Charter has been made
that the Cothmission of the City of Miami would on the
