WHERFPS , the Commission of the City of Miami hav-
ing received and considered all. rxitten remonstrances filed
to the confirmation of the said. Preliminary Assessment Roll
by any persons otiose property is described in said. roll,
HOti7 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami:
1: 'That the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said. Preliminary Assessment Roll, be, and is hereby, in
all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels of ;round described thereon.
2: That the sums and amounts against each of the
lots or parcels of ground in said Preliminary Assessment
Roll are less: than the amount that each of scid to is or par-
cels of „round is 7)enef ited by said improvement and that
such amounts are in :proportion to the special benefits, and
that the proportion of said cost to be paid by said City of
Miami on account of hi;hvray intersection is the sum set oppo-
site to the same therein.
.3 : That the total cost of the said improvement,
in the sum of 51.01464g , is hereby approved and con-
irmed.
4: That ten (10) days after date of this con-
firmation of said Prelii-ainary 1:ssesancnt Roll the same be
delivered to the Director of Finance, and the Director of
Finance is :hereby ordered, thirty (50) days after date of
this resolution, to ma'ze collections of the assessments
therein as roc;uired by law.
