1: 'That the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said Preliminary Assessment Roll, be, and is hereby, in
all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels of ;round described thereon.
2: That the sums and amounts against each of the
lots or parcels of ;round in said Preliminary assessment
Roll are less than the amount that each of said to is or par-

such amounts are in proportion to the special 'oeneits, and
that the proportion of said cost to be paid by said City of
