WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Uiami,

firmation of the Preliminary Assessment Roll of
Highway Improvement No. District �t May

WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami hav-
ing received and considered all written remonstrances filed
to the con± irma tion of the said preliminary Assessment Roll
by any persons chose property is described in said roll,
NOW, THEMORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the C ommi ss ion
of the City of Miami:
:
1: 'Mat the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said. Preliminary Assessment Roll, be, and is hereby, in
all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels a: ;round described thereon.
2: Mat the sums and amounts against each of the
lots or parcels of ground in said Preliminary :assessment
Roll are less than the amount that each of said to is or par-
cels of ;round is 'benefited. by said improvement and that
such amounts cre in lro_Dortion to the special benefits, and
than the proportion of said cost to be paid by said City of
Miami on account of highvray intersection is the sum set oppo-
site to the same therein.
3: That the total cost of the said improvement,
in the sum of 75.558.66 , is hereby approved and can-
t irmed.
4: That ten (10) days after date of this con-
firmation of said Preliminary .rssessnent Poll the same be
delivered to Je Director of inance, and the Director of
Finance is hereby ordered, thirty (30) days after date of
this resolution, to iaske collections of the assessments
therein as re,,uired by law.
