f irmation of the Preliminary Assessment Roll of

WIERFAS, the Commission of the City of Miami hav-
ing received and considered all written remonstrances filed
to the confirmation of the said Preliminary Assessment Roll
by ar{p persons those property is described in said roll,
1W\1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami:
1: 'Mat the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said Prel iriinarr Assessment Roll, be, and is hereby, in
all things cowl irmed and austa fined against any and all lots
or parcels o ;round described thereon.
2: That the sums and amounts against each of the
lots or parcels of ground in said Preliminary Assessment
Roll are less than the arnount that each of said to is or par-
cels of ;round is benefited by said improvement and that
such amounts are in procortion to the special benefits, and
that the proportion of said cost to be paid by said. City of
Miami on account of highway intersection is the sum set oppo-
site to the same therein.
3: that the total cost of. the said improvement,
in the sum of 15, 527.26 is hereby approved and con-
i irrned.
4: That ten (10) days after date of this con-
firmation of said Preliminary Assesment Roll the same be
delivered to the Director of finance, and the Director of
p inaace is hereby ordered, this: ty (30) days after date of
this reso1i ticn, to make collections of the assessments
therein as reruired by law.
