all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots

2: That the sums and amounts against each of the
lots or parcels of gr ound in said Preliminary Assessment
Roll are less than the amount that each of said lots or par-
cels of ;round is 'benefited by said impraveraent and that
such amounts are in Ixo-portion to the special 'enefits, and
that the proportion of said cost to be paid by said City of
Miami on account of highwray intersection is the sum set oppo-
site to the sane therein.
