WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City

f irmation of the Preliminary Assessment Noll of
Highway
Improvement No. H-214 District
any per soh whose property is de sor bed in said Pr
Assessment Roll, and
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami hav-
ing received and considered all written remonstrances flied
to the confirmation of the said Preliminary Assessment Roll
by any persons Whose property is described in said roll,
VOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami:
1: 'That the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said Preliminary Assessment Roll, be, and is hereby, in
all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels of ;round described thereon.
2: That the sums and amounts against each of the
lots ar parcels of ground in said Preliminary Assessment
Roll are less than the amount that each of said to is ar par-
cels of ;round is benefited by said im�raysnent and that
such amounts are in .xoportion to the special benefits, and
that the proportion of said cost to be paid by said City of
Miami on account of highway intersection is the sum set oppo
site to the same therein.
3: That the total cost o: the said improvement,
in the sum of $ sa,910.19 , is hereby approved and con-

4: That ten (10) days after date of this con-
