Florida, met on the grd day of Jena
pursuant to the notice ok: said meeting under Seat
the City Charter, to hear all written objections
f irmation of the Preliminary Assessment Roll of
Hi&hway Improvement ido .H-212, District
any person whose property is deser bed. in said P
Assessment Roll, and
WHEREAS, the Commission o£ the City of Miami hav-
ing received and considered all rxitten remonstrances filed
to the confirmation of the said Preliminary Assessment Roll
by any persons those property is described in said roll,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami:
1: 'That the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said Preliminary Assessment Hell, be, and is hereby, in
all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels of ;round described thereon.
2: That the sums and amounts against ez.ch of the
lots or parcels of ground in said Preliminary .':ssessMent
Roll are les: than the amount that each of said lots or par-
cels of ;;round is benefited by said improvement and that
such amounts are in proportion to the special benefits, and
that the ;rro?ortion of said cost to be paid by said City of
Miami on account of highway intersection is the sum set oppo
site to the same therein.
3: That the total cost of the said improvement,
in the sum of 8.158.39 , is hereby apir cved and con-

4: That ten (10) days after date of this con-
firmation of said Preli-ninary :Casement Roll the same be
delivered to the Director of finance, and the Director of
Finance is hereby ordered, thi:: ty (30) days aLte_ date of
this resolution, to male collections of the assessments
therein as rer;uired by law.
