WHEREAS, the City Corarnission of the City of tiiami,
?lor ida , met on the 3rd day of Juno , 1`:2_4_,
pursuant to the notice "o said meeting under Section 56 -Of-
the City Charter, to hear all written objections to the con-
firmation of the Preliminary Assessment Roll of
Improverient No. 41-205, District
any person whose property is dose -FM -el in said Preliminary
Assessment Roll, and
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami hav-
ing received and considered all '-xitten remonstrances filed
to the confirmation of the said Preliminary Assessment Roll
by any persons v.hose property is described in said roll,
1OW, TICREPORD, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami:
1: 'Mat the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said. Preliminary Assessment Hell, be, and is hereby, in
all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels of ground described thereon.
2: That the sups and amounts against each of the
lots or parcels of ground in said Preliminary L.ssessrrent
Roll are lesE than the amount that each of said lots or par-
cels of ground is 'oenef ited by said imprcvement and that
such amounts ore in Ixo.2ortion to the special benefits, and
that the proportion of said cost to be paid by said City of
Miami on account of highway intersection is the sum set oppo-
site to the same therein.
3: That the total cost of the sz id improvement,
in the sum of r S9,1490,743 , is hereby approved and eon-

4: That ten (10) days after date of this con-
firmation of said Preli.inary .�ssesment Rell the same be
delivered to ;he Director of • inancc , and the Director of
Finance is hereby ordered, th:._ ty (30) days after date of

therein as rec;uired by law.
