ing received and considered all rxitten remonstrances filed
to the conf Irma tion of the said Preliminary Assessment Roll
by any persons those property is described in said roll,
1017, TEIBEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami:
1: Mat the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said. Preliminary Assessment Roll, be, and is hereby,
in
all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels of ground described thereon.
2: That the sur.is and amounts against each of the
lots or parcels of sround in said Preliminary .cssessment
Roll are less than the amount that each of said to is or par-
cels of ;round is 'Denef ited by said imprcvement and that
such amounts Cre in Irroportion to the special '5enefits, and
that the proportion of said cost to be paid by said City of
Miami on account of highviay intersection is the sum set oppo-
site to the name therein.

4: That ten (10) days after date of this con-
