of the City of Miami:
1: 'That the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said Preliminary Assessment Rell, be, and is hereby, in
all things confirmed and austa fined against any and all lots
or parcels of ;round described thereon.
2: That the suns and amounts aga inst each of the
lots or parcels of ;round. in said Preliminary :,ssessraent
Roll are less than the amount that each of said lets or par-
cels of ;round is ')enef iced by said improvement and that

than the proportion of said cost to be paid by said City of
