of the City of Miami:
1: That the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said Preliminary Assessment Rcll, be, and is hereby, in
all things confirmed and susta fined against any and all lots
or parcels of ;round described thereon.
2: That the suns and amounts aga inst each of the
lots or parcels of ground in said Preliminary L ssessnent
Roll are lose than the amount that each of said lc is or par-
cels of Ground is 'Penef ited by said im 7rcvenent and that
such amounts are in pro:portion to the special ''enefits, and
that the proportion of said cost to be ',aid by said City of
Miami on account of highray intersection is the sure set oppo-
site to the Name therein.
