ing received and considered all written remonstrances filed
to the conf irmation of the said Preliminary Assesfinnent Roll
by any persons whose property is described in said roll,
NOW, TEnREF ORB , BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Niami:
1: What the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said Preliminary Assessment Roll, be, and is hereby, in
all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels of ;round described thereon.
2: That the sums and amounts against each of the
lots er parcels of grounC in said Preliminary lssess1 ent
Roll are less than the amount that each of said to is or par-
cels of ;round is 'benefited by said improvement and that

tha c the proportion of said cost to be paid by said City of
