pursuant to the notice os. said meeting under 'aection 56 Ti—
the City Charter, to hear all written objections to the con-
firmation of the Preliminary Assessment Roll of SanitaI
Sewer Improvement No. S3rr... 884iistr; ct , ty
any person whose property is descrcri��ed in said Pic i rY
Assessment Roll, and
the Commission of the City of Miami hav-
ing received and considered all vritten remonstrances filed
to the confirmation of the said Preliminary Assessment Roll
by any persons chose property is described in said roll,
it0'1, TIHREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami:
1: 'That the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said. Preliminary Assessment Roll, be, and is hereby, in
all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels of ;round described thereon.
2: That the suns and amounts against each of the
lots or parcels of grounc. in said Preliminary Assessment
Roll are less than the amount that each of said lots or par-
cels of Ground is benefited by said impr.cvsnen t and that
such amounts are in prolaortion to the special benefits, and
that the proportion of said cost to be paid by said City of
Miami on account of highway intersection is the sum set appo-
site to the same therein.
3: :Mat the total cost of the said improvement,
in the sum of 4 $1,668.22 , is hereby apircved and con-
