i H REAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami,
Florida, met on the 3„d day of AP , 1c2
pursuant to the notice of said meeting under Section 56 of
the City Charter, to hear all mitten objections to the con-
firmation of the Preliminary Assessment Roll of Sanitary
Sewer Improvement No. Sr. g3District by
any person whose property is described in said Preliminary
Assessment Roll, and.
47HEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami hav-
ing received and considered all written remonstrances filed
to the confirmation of the said Preliminary Assessment Roll
by any persons T.hose property is described in said. roll,
VOW, TIERWORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami:
1: Mat the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said Preliminary Assessment Roll, be, and is hereby, in
all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels of ;round described thereon.
2: That the sums and amounts against ezch of the
lots or parcels of „round. in said Preliminary Assessment
Roll are less than the amount that each of said lots or par-
cels of „round is benefited. by said improvement and that
'such amounts are ii ;roportion to the special 'benefits, and
that the proportion of said cost to be paid by said City of
Miami on account of highway intersection is the sum set opyo
site to the same therein.
3: That the total cost of the said improvement,
in the sum of 4 697.38 , is hereby approved arid. con-
