the City Charter, to hear all written cbjections to the con-
firmation of the Preliminary Assessment Roll of_
Sewer Dnprovernent No. 80 , District

laBEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami hav-
ing received and considered all v.Titten remonstrances filed
to the confirmation of the said Preliminary Assessment Rell
by any persons those property is described in said roll
N017, HEREFORD, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of. the City o-f
1: t the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said, Preliminary Assessment Rall, be, and is hereby, in
all things confirmed and ustained against any and all lots
or parcels of ground described thereon.
2: That the sums and amounts against ez'eh of the
lots or parcels of ground in said Preliminary .Lssessment
Roll are lesc than the amount that each of said lots or par-
cels of :3round is benefited by said improvement and that
such amounts are in pro.portion to the special benefits, and
tha the proportion of said cost to be paid by sid City of
Miami on account of highway intersection is the suns set oppo-
site to the same therein.

3: That the total cost o± the said imprevement,
in the sum of 70,999.21 , is hereby apxcved and con-
irme d.
4: That ten (10) days after date of this con-
firmation of said Pr.eli.ninary ..1:sseement Rell the same be
delivered to the Director of. L'inance, and the Director
Pinance is hereby ordered, thirty (30) days after date of
this resolution, to ice collections of thc pssessments
therein as rec;uired by law.
