WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of fliamt,
Florida , met an the and day of a _ , 1c24
pursuant to the notioe ox said meeting uncd'err Section 56 it
the City Charter, to hear all written objections to the con-
firmation of the Preliminary Assessment Roll of
Sidewalk Improvement No. District s , by
any person whose property is descr ed in said Prs iminary
Assessment Roll, and
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, hav-
ing received and considered all written remonstrances f iled
to the conf irmation of the said Preliminary Assessment Roll
by any persons dose property is described in said roll,
VOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami:
1: 'What the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said Preliminary Assessment Roll, be, and is hereby, in
all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels of ;round described thereon.
2: That the sums and amounts against each of the
lots or parcels of ground in said Preliminary Assessment
-/ Roll are less than the amount that each of said lots or par-
cels of ground is benef ited by said imprcvenen t and that
such amounts are in I)ro•Dortion to the special benefits, and
that the proportion of said cost to be paid by said City of
Miami on account of highray intersection is the sum set oppo-
site to the same therein.
3: That the total cost of the said imprcvement,
in the sum of 3.140.10 , is hereby ap-proved and con-
f irmed.
4: That ten (10) days after date of this con-
firmation of said Preli:ninary :assessment Roll the same be
delivered to .;he Director of .inance, and the Director of
Finance is hereby ordered, thirty (50) days a::tez. date of
this resolnticr,, to ma:Le collections of the assessments
therein as rec;uircd by law.
