MIMEO, the City Commission of the City of Miami,
Florida, met on the art day of Jan. , 1S24
pursuant to the notice or said meeting under'ection 56

the City Charter, to hear all written objections to the con-
firmation of the Preliminary Assessment Roll of
Sidewalk_ Improvement 110 .47 , iistrict , by
any person ,vose property is described in said Pre iminary
Assessment Roll, and
VRr^.PiS , the Commission of the City of Miami heav-
ing received and considered all mitten remonstranoes filed
to the conf irma tion of the said Preliminary Assessment Roll
by any persons v./hose property is described in said roll,
BOW, TILRI 'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami:
1: ' fiat the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said. Preliminary Assessment Rcll, be, and is hereby, in
all things coniirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels of ;round described thereon.
2: That the suns and amounts against each of the
lots or parcels of ground in said Preliminary �Issessment
Roll are lesc than the amount that each of slid to is or par-
cels of ;round is benefited by said improvement and that
such amounts are in pro -portion to the special benefits, and
that the proportion of said cost to be ;aid by said City of •
Miami on account of highway intersection is the sum set oppo-
site to the same therein.
3: That the total cost of the said improvement,
in the sum of 5,884.31 , is hereby approved and con-
± irned.
4: That ten (10) days after date of this con-
firmation of said Pr cli.ninary :1.ssesanent Roll the same be
delivered to :he Director 'of r inance, and the Director of
Pinence is :1.reby ordered, thirty (J0) days a. ter date of
this resal.i tier,, to male collections of the assessments
therein as rec,uircd 'Dy 1rw.
