WEEREAS, the Oity Commission of the City of 1,iiami,
`lorida, met on the 3rd day of Jam! , ley 4 ,
pursuant to the notice a said meeting under Section 56 TIT —
the the City Ch`r, ter , to hear all written objections to the con-
firmation of the Preliminary Assessment Roll of
sisewa1k Improvement No. $$ , District AA , by
any person ,hose property is described in said Preliminary
Assessment Roll, and
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of. Miami hav-
ing received and considered all written remonstrances filed
to the conf irmation of the said Preliminary Assessment Roll
by any persons Those property is described in said roll,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami:
1: 'l'hat the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said Preliminary Assessment Roll, be, and is hereby, in
all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels of ;round described thereon.
2: That the sums and amounts against ez ch of the
lots or parcels of grounC in said Preliminary Assessment
Roll are less than the amount that each of scid lots or par-
cels of Ground is 'oenef ited by said imprevsrnent and that
such amounts ere in ISonortion to the special benefits, and
that the proportion of said cost to be paid by said City of
Miami on account of highvay intersection is the sum set oppo-
site to the same therein.
3: That he total cost of the said improvement,
in the sum of $ 3.525.65 , is hereby ap;r oved and con-
f irned.
4: That ten (10) days after date of this con-
firmation of said Preli:nina'ry Assessment Rell the same be
delivered to ;he Director of Pinance, and the Director of
Finance is hereby ordered, thrty (50) days a: ter date of
this resole'.ticn, to : cse collections of he assessments
therein as reruired by lacy.
